The reason people origannally started brushing in attendance teethe in the morning was to receive rid of all of the bacteria and stuff that grows surrounded by your mouth while you are sleeping. but if you just get up, brush your teethe afterwards eat a sugary breakfast that will rot your teethe until the next time you bruch isnt suitable. but if you were to get up, put away breakfast, then brush your teethe, they would be clean until lucn time.
