My braces are becoming extremely hard to manage. My brackets are ripping stale all the time!! Usually one comes off give or take a few every day. I have have my braces for a year and this started happening just lately. And NO I AM NOT EATING ANY STICKY FOODS! Please help me! Serious answers only please!
