Mouthguard Problems?
I do karate and we do sparring at gradings. When i put my mouthguard in i choke and my eyes water(I start gagging). How can I get used to it>?
Answers: It probably go too far back, causing you to gag. You can trim it so it doesn't walk as far back--you can even trim it so it doesn't cover the back teeth all the bearing. It will still stay in if you do this!
trim it down with a scissors (remember, cut away from yourself so you do not cut yourself!)
