My 11 year older grinds his teeth at hours of darkness?
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT UNTIL I GET HIM IN THE DENTIST?

Children when they are play full & when they go to sleep, they get dreams & surrounded by the dreams when they fight, they clench their teeth & start grinding their teeth, its emotional. Get a night guard. I need one myself in fact. But until you get to the dentist i don't know, try getting him to bite down on a piece of thick cloth that's bigger than his mouth to prevent grinding. Sorry, that's the best suggestion I've got. Digging the nose and ears, grinding the teeth - worm contained by the stomach. Cina 30 three doses will stop the grinding.
It may not be TMJ. anyway rule it out from your Dental Surgeon.

mouth guard. but sometimes they crash down out and when he wakes up he will be sleeping on it, but it defiently prevents it until you see the dentist. I CAN YELL IN CAPS TOO

Walmart sells mouth guards. my bro use to do that my mom get him this thing called a dark guard its like really kool u can get it within different flavors
