My jowl pops or clicks when I move it commonly?
I know its not TMD (or whatever its called) cuz my jaw single does it, not my neck. But it bugs me. It doesn't hurt, just sounds unusual. More often it clicks, but sometimes it'll pop.
Answers: Go and see a dentist because they can fix that. I had TMD and the dentist fix me right up. It will eventually start hurting if it go untreated.
I have the same point. And yes it is TMJ, it's the mucsle that connects your jaw to your neck.
Don't fashion it click purposely too often, I did that and my jaw locked (I can't undo the whole way or move it side to side). Go see a Chiropractic, in that are some that specialise in TMJ and they can help it draw from better before it locks. Don't wait until it does resembling I did or else it could get worse instead of better.
There's one within almost every neighbourhood.
