Tooth-brush help out!?

I got this new tooth- brush ending week and i don't know how to use it! Please help my teeth are feeling really gross!

Can crooked teeth be cause from chewing on pen?


Answers:    powerfully you brush up and down and you sing the happy birthday song three times in your team leader so that you know you have brushed long enough and afterwards you brush your tounge. then you rinse your mouth out really good.after you rinse your toothbrush with hot water to receive all those germs off your toothbrush that be in your mouth....Thats all I know to explain to you because you did not explain what type of new tooth brush you bought. sorry.

Here are some SIMPLE steps on how to use a tooth brush:

1. Go into bathroom
2. Pick up toothpaste
3. Take off boater
4. Pick up toothbrush
5. Squeeze a little bit of toothpaste onto toothbrush
6. Put toothbrush down (bristle side up!!)
7. Put cap fund on toothpaste
8. Put toothpasted down
9. Pick up toothbrush
Now heres the tricky part
10. Put bristle part of toothbrush inside mouth
11. Press bristles against teeth
12. Move toothbrush wager on and forth rapidly, making a foam
13. Move toothbrush back and forth hastily on each and every tooth
14. Take toothbrush out
15. Spit out foamy toothpaste
16. Wash off toothbrush and rinse out mouth beside WATER
17. Spit out water
18. Put toothbrush in a verbs spot
19. Wipe off mouth with towel
20. Walk out of bathroom

PRESTO!! Your teeth are verbs.

you shouldn't wet it, because that would make it softer and won't remove adjectives the food remnant out of your mouth. I think just use it like peas in a pod way you used your old tooth prush ? Mouthguard Problems?

You wet it, put toothpaste on it, clench your teeth, put it within your mouth, move brush side to side, then up and down, repeat..
