Want my teeth whitened?
i have just finished beside my last dentist appointment after having lots of treatment. They look great but i would similar to to finish it off by having them whitened. The dentist said it would bear 1/ 2 hours some kind of gell on the teeth and then a standard lamp they shine on. Has any one had this done and how good be the results.

I too have used the Crest Whitening Strips and they work great for the price. Just make sure you brush your teeth really economically too. You may want to invest in a Phillips Sonicaire toothbrush (about $99). And also use whitening toothpaste. All in adjectives, it is way cheaper than having your dentist do it : D Definitely travel with the whitening strips. What the dentist is doing is very similar, except it with the sole purpose has to be done one time. However, I'm sure it is much more costly going to the dentist because you get instantaneous results.
