What colors??
im going to get braces sometime next month and idk what are the best colors to put together...oh and will it hurt alot?
Answers: I in recent times went with one color - royal blue. It's my favorite color and it looks cool next to the silver brackets. It reminds me of a grill :)
Lime green and red aren't bad either.
As for the backache, the procedure is nearly painless. Just pressure when they attach the wires to the brackets...
But start taking advil as soon as they are on, because the pain afterwards (a few hours later, usually) isn't pleasant at adjectives. They will hurt pretty bad for a couple of days. In my case (I a short time ago got them on 9 days ago) they hurt for about 2 days, on the 3rd daylight the pain was almost gone, on the 4th daylight the pain was completely gone, as it is in a minute.
I can now eat average food, but it is VERY important to keep a soft diet for at tiniest 24 hours. (noodles, pudding, mashed potatoes, soups, etc.) Then after that whenever it is comfortable to eat run of the mill solid foods again go for it! For me it took about 4 days, next to some slight pain. Cut up your food and chew it slowly! I have be continuing with my normal diet for a few days in a minute.
They aren't as bad as they seem, trust me. And it will be totally worth it when they come bad. Just remember to keep yourself medicated with tylenol or advil (I alternated between the two) and it will relief a little with the torment.
It does hurt for at least a month and everytime you get your braces tightened. I other go with silver because after a long time you merely get tired of choosing. I suggest not going with funky colors inflict it sometimes looks like there is food stuck surrounded by your mouth. on holidays i do recemend doing festive pink and light blue look cute together i'm not sure about the colours. Just chose colours you similar to and that you won't get sick of. But about getting braces put on. It doesn't hurt particularly much. The most painful part is they press on your teeth which is freshly pressure and that is hardly itchy. If your nervous ask if you can listen to music, while they are putting your braces on. It'll calm you down because you won't be listen to all the equipment there using. But honest luck with getting them.
I think you should achieve red and blue for the 4th of July. I went to that webite: www.pbhs.com/ortho/braces/braces.html and tried them out I thought that red & Blue was to some extent cute!
Good Luck
go to www.pbhs.com/ortho/braces/braces.html to mix and match different colors. They hurt for in the region of a week and then they are better. I have worn them a week and my teeth are already straighter. I other get black because all the other colors catch really faded and ugly looking. black also makes your teeth look really white. and braces hurt for the first few weeks or so (at lowest they did for me)
I think dark purple and blue look nice together or on their own.
And yes I'm sorry to say aloud it really hurts.
Hope I helped
