Whitening Teeth?
my friend says mixing baking soda, peroxide (or somethigng), and water into a pulp and brushing your teeth w/ it. Then you brush ur teeth regularly. Apparently the dentist does this. Does it make ur teeth more sensitive? thanks=]
Answers: Sorry, hydrogen peroxide neither ruins teeth or makes them sensitive. It is used within many professional whitening products. I would not use it straight because of the taste, but it is not hurtful. Whitening toothpastes can make some teeth sensitive, but it is not harmful to teeth, any. They only remove surface stain. Try whitening strips or see your dentist. We can give you a great deal of advice about what to do and what not to do. White strips work for closely of younger people that don't have greatly of staining. Good luck!
you all might think this is crazy..but
my brother whitened his teeth near AJAX and it totally worked. you just have to be paid sure you DO NOT swallow the tiniest bit and DO NOT get in on your gums. instant whiteness. never done it, one and only cuz my teeth are super sensetive.
well, if you don't let the dentist do it, or step buy something that is designed for your purpose, you may have the wrong amounts of different ingredients, and it could drink through the enamel on your teeth. be careful. hydrogen peroxide, and yes it makes your teeth sensitive and it ruins them.
strawberries in fact whiten teeth, brush your teeth with them! no joke.
The most influential way to whiten teeth is with the dentist, if you are not predisposed to pay the price at least ask them what they recommend so that style you are safe. Baking soda has instructions right on the box on how to use it to brush your teeth beside!
Use tooth paste... Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide is in copious toothpaste now a days. It does not harm or product your teeth more sensitive. Use it after you brush each time. Brush your teeth twice a day and /or after you devour. Brush for two minutes gently in circles. Top and inside and bottom and inside. Then acquire your paste a brush again. It doesn't taste correct so you might want to rinse with a mouth wash. Make sure the mouth rinse has no alcohol in it. This can dry your mouth and the sodium contained by the paste will too. It will help to brighten your teeth and remove stains/ Strawberries as a whitener, I own never heard of. Actually allot of blueberries will stain your teeth as the stain the blueberry has within it. So I would be careful of any fruit based product.
