Answers: You were wearing braces to redirect your teeth, I pull you may be young, your bones are not so strong. Therefore that made your teeth move in the gum, adequate to feel them loose. No bone should be broken though, but the emplacement of the teeth have loosen up, enlarged for the teeth to manufacture their new way. If you saw a specialist, he should probably do something to sort of attach them together that so they won't move too much contained by the future, that's an idea...
Take prudence.
When you get braces the way your teeth are competent to move is by the forces pulling and pushing on the teeth causing bone to break down around your teeth and then recreate after you get them off. So, if you don't wear your retainers as directed the teeth will at full tilt move back b/c the bone is not set yet and the teeth are typically slightly loose b/c of that.
