Need More Bulk on Body?
Hi
I AM NOT TRYING TO ARRAOGANT OR SHOW OFF..JUST WANT HELP SO BEING REALISTIC TO GET ACCURATE ANSWER
Im 16 year old boy very fit and do 35-40 pushups and 8 pull ups a year, (sometimes 50 situps), 3 mile runs occasional (twice a week)
I am training for royal marines which is going to start in like 6 months time max....
My question is why am i not bulky. I get nice looking body and all that but how do i get bulk...PROTEIN SHAKE? o and im quite soaring.
Im just worried about taken the piss out off for person good looking and underestimated.

Best Answer: can't look bulky without achievement weight. so eat more food. a little bit extra at respectively meal might do it. below is an article on a 15yr old who gained 11lbs contained by one month. might get a tip or two from reading the article

You cant get bulky without brawny weights and low reps. I do pullups with 27.5 pounds around my waist. You also need to eat closely of calories.Related Questions...
