Is running 1.5 miles a hours of daylight apposite ample exercise?
I run 1.5 miles pretty much daily. Most of the time i do this plus walk like 3 miles. But its be terrible weather and i pretty much can only get out precipitate enough to run this much in the morning. Is this decent exercise for the year? Or should i be doing more daily.
Best Answer: i think that you shouldn't count the miles, but rather the minutes. Science tell us to exercise for 30 minutes everyday is a healthy lifestyle. So decent exercise for the day would be partially an hour! hoped this helped

Ok. I know it was bad to leave it until the finishing minute, but I only just got serious motivation.I've be feeling uncomfortable with my body for months very soon. I'm a size 5/medium in pants, and a size medium surrounded by shirts, and I'm an average weight for my height, 5'6".
