Best Answer: dont listen to those bad answers. thruthfully, for a 13 year old girl trying to lose cargo you did fine. its very hard trying to lose weight next to all the food in the world (let alone in your house) you ate around 1200 calories im guessing. you should start to exercise also, but get through more calories (1500) your meals should look a bit like this : breakfast : bowl of cereal or oatmeal with swim milk or 1% milk. try to enjoy a fruit with that 2 or 3 hours later have a yogurt or something glowing, maybe a fiber gronolla bar lunch: small chicken salad. or maybe a untaught peanut butter samwich on whole wheat bread. include some peas or cellary or a tomatoe (some kind of vegetable) 2 or 3 hours later handfull of almonds dinner: fish, chicken, any kindly of meat. with a vegetable and maybe potato exercise throughout the day! and drink lots of wet!

Actually, you ate pretty very well. If you're 13, though, I would stay away from the whole food journal deal. It depends on the party, but it can bring some nasty things especially if you're so young (sorry, I sound similar to an old prude here). If you have a choice, pick the healthier one and devour slowly. Eat veggies & fruit. Don't drink pop. That's basically it. Oh, and if you crave chocolate, have you tried drinking hot chocolate? I always find that the savour is more intense than when you have something cold, and you can control how much sugar & stuff you put in if you make it near cocoa powder with no added sugar and THEN sweeten it. Also, you can make a huge mug and make it closing rather long 'cause it's hard to gulp it down if it's hot (plus this have the added advantage that since you take longer to drink it, you'll probably be satisfied by the time you finish it).how habitually should i munch through a afternoon?
