im 17 and i weigh almost 200 pounds!
this is the most ive ever weighed in my whole energy.
i have tried every thing in the world. even newly eating healthy and exercising. but it seems close to i do good at first but then the results stop coming.
ill lose almost 5 pound then just stop there.
ive newly graduated and im begining a new chapter of my life and i would resembling to start healthy. i dont too be super skinny, i just want to be comfortable and most of all nutritious.
so if anyone has any tips or testimonies please tell =]
possibly some good diets or some booster diet pills
i willing to do anything except surgery or anything that cost hundreds.

Best Answer: a proper diet & exercise will ALWAYS work IF they are both done correctly. And that's the key. Ensuring the plan is correct. Most ancestors just don't diet properly. And I don't blame them for it. The media don't know, the internet is full or crap and magazines are horrible. What is your objective weight? I can help you out with the RIGHT plan after it's up to you to follow as exactly as possible. Weight Watchers totally underfeeds people. Totally not the thing to do.
