im 17 and i weigh almost 200 pounds! this is the most ive ever weighed in my whole life span. i have tried every thing in the world. even in recent times eating healthy and exercising. but it seems close to i do good at first but then the results stop coming. ill lose roughly speaking 5 pound then just stop there. ive merely graduated and im begining a new chapter of my life and i would similar to to start healthy. i dont too be super skinny, i just want to be comfortable and most of all natural. so if anyone has any tips or testimonies please tell =] conceivably some good diets or some booster diet pills i willing to do anything except surgery or anything that cost hundreds. plz no ads. gratitude a ton =]
Best Answer: I'm trying right along with you. We need to write down everything we eat and exercise on a daily basis. Enough to get our hearts pumping. My doctor told me that losing weight is resembling a part-time job, and it is. It's really hard, we basically have to make the commitment and stick to it. Everyday.
