how to control binge drinking?

im 15 and i've been trying to lose 15 pounds for quite a while. i eat supreme all day, eat dinner around 4 and i usually work out. but around 6 or subsequently i always seem to ruin my whole year of dieting by binge eating, its almost like i can't even control myself, i was want to put away. i know many people binge eat and i be wondering how exactly you control it, do i just need more will power?
Best Answer: aw im 15 and have the exact same problem. im trying to lose bulk. i eat fine all day. put away dinner around 4, but somedays (not everday) i want food around 7 ish and end up eating my whole kitchen. its resembling i cant stop and i feel great while ea ting. afterwards im so depressed and wish i never would of done that. i dont exactly know how to control that., i wish i did. but i dont. i guess merely try your hardest not to and think of the consequences.

haha uh oh late night drinking the worse! the time u put weight on the most at that! everyone has that problem. its a habbit. you need to attain into a routine at night to keep your mind off of fatening foods possibly subsitute it beside something with less calories. celery and peanutbutter? try something like nachos and gucamole that have less calories than dorritos or chips.

You stop eating at 4?? I'd binge too. Have another meal around 6 or 7. I stop eating around 8, and I avoid binges. You should other feel satisfied when eating fine (and losing weight), but you should never feel stuffed. We all need satisfactory food and people who work out need even more. So have a post-workout buffet or snack with protein. And make sure you are staying satisfied throughout the afternoon! Good luck!
