Im on a diet 1 month very soon and i've lost 7kilos, is it okay for me that i ate the end 2 days approaching an animal?
I dont know what happened to me i just felt so hungry.. i ate at lowest possible 2.000 calories. But im focused now to proceed my diet.
These 2 days that i ate the crap out of my fridge have ruined my diet?
Best Answer: First of all, congrats on losing and sticking to a diet!! :) Second, it's typical for people to fall out of their diets once a while. The key is to swot from it. What made you do it? Sitting in front of the TV too long? Going through the junkfood isles at the supermarket, etc? And adjust your lifestyle appropriately so you can avoid temptation and stay on track! Also, say you spill out of the bandwagon by having a slice of cake at a pal's birthday. Don't just throw your hands contained by the air and call yourself a failure, right to be heard the day is ruined, and proceed to eat whatever you want that daylight. Little mistakes happen, say oh well, congratualte on your progress, and try not to mis-step again. Go through your kitchen and procure rid of all unhealthy foods if you yet enjoy not done so.
