I'm starting this the first day of summer which is June 18 alright monday-fri : 1 mile for 2 weeks & then the 2 miles for 2 weeks & then 3 miles for 3 weeks along beside 8 minute abs every morning weekends swimming laps & alpitcal every other 2 days (dont have acess to it that much) & also weights & idk i want to lose 15-20 pounds this summer will this work ? btw : 14 years old && yeah every 2 weeks unwell add another mile
