Okay, Well I am 5'4. And I weigh 165. :(. I have gained a lot of counterweight this winter. I want to be 110-20 by the end of summer. I will do anything! I mean anything. Please help me. I don't want a sermonize! I know it can be dangerous. I want to be a cheerleader. I am very flexible. Just help me please. And speedily. I'll love you forever. <3. Haa.

Best Answer: Hi, I'm kind of like you, 5'4" and weighted 175. Here's what I did: I go on a cleanse from Dr Livingston's book greenlife weight loss and it helped me to lose my belly and love handles. I go on it for 3 days on and took 3 days off and then did another 3 days. This worked awesome and helped me to overcome my plateau. Over 4 months I lost going on for 45 lbs. Now 2 years later I am a size 2 and skinner than I have ever been. Answer: i recommend that you drop all breads and adjectives artificial sugars. get your starch from fruits, veggies, and rice. get your sugars from the same places. devour only when you are hungry, and then eat something that will flood you up for a while, like nuts or dried fruit. eat balanced. and do lots of cardio exercise that will give a hand burn calories. run, swim, jump up and down. just make sure not to starve yourself because later you wont be able to keep up with the rigorous athletic exercise of one a cheerleader.
Anything you do, do NOT take pills. Once u stop taking them you will gain all your weight fund and MORE.

Jesus, whats with all the adds? Ok so I rly required to be a cheerleader back when I was in middle academy, and so over the summer i completely cut out all carbohydrates from my diet. Ok since adjectives the rest of these answers are just advertisements, I'll put in my two cents. Firstly I devise that losing 50 to 60 pounds over a 3 month period is pretty dangerous. Instead of focusing on the scale, I contemplate you should focus on being healthier. Eat more fibrous foods, switch from white breads to whole wheat breads.
