okay so like starting from a month ago i have not had a solid stool, my diet hadn't changed and i'm not sick. could it be an intestinal virus or too much stomach bitter. its really annoying and can't be good, should i go to my doctor or does anyone have anything to suggest, conceivably start eating a shitload of fiber or something (pun intended)
