How much oil would I lose by running 10 miles a week, and staying on a strict diet?

hieght is 5' 8" and weight is 160 lbs.

Depending on the strict diet, and how rugged you are running, and what kind of course it could be a possibility to lose weight. I know i nouns crazy when i say this becuase your following a strict diet, but eating lasagna and spaggeti before a big run is extremely healthy. Noodle give alot of carbohydrates to the body so it has something to break down as you run giving you a longer better sense workout. I cant say how much fat you would lose like within numbers but i think that if its a STRICT diet and if your running at about 6.0-8.0 mph and at a good step then you could lose up to 2 lbs a week. Drinks lots of water. I run cross country and i run 40 miles weekly and lose up to 4 lbs a week, and i also run like crazy during wreslting season up to 40 miles a week intake only chicken broth and i lose 5-6 lbs a week...It all depends on time, gait, course, and diet.
