Just remember not to eat everything in a mixed bowl; Try to eat one type of food at a time to sort it easier on your body to digest the foods. * Eat breakfast. This is extremely important as it gets your metabolism going. It’ll help stop you from consumption a lot more later in the daytime. Immediately start your day off with hose or have tea, eat breakfast. * Chew your food properly and slow down! Eat slower and take the time to soak up your food. Don’t do other things while you eat.
