well when you loose fat it is gonna turn into muscle which is good because a short time ago because you are gaining muscle doesnt mean you are getting bigger you are actually loosing inches and getting smaller and more toned instead of mortal fluffy and jigally..if you are afraid of getting bulky and buff dont because you dont just get a body like that from dieting and working out some that species of body is from years and years of playing sports and working out and doing exercises to get bulky intentionally..but the best way to get suitable results is if you drink alcohol thats a good place to start they call it a beer belly for a reason..drink lotsss of hose down it helps flush out the bad stuff, try keeping a journal of what you chomp through and when you workout so if its not working you can look back and see what you need to swing in your diet or workouts, for building muscle you need to have protein fish is great grilled chicken near steamed veggies, and remember NOT all SALADS are good for you! if your eating out other ask for a nutrition guide and if cooking yourself weight watchers magazine has lots of great recipes contained by it..for working out if you have a gym membership ask for advice from the trainers since i dont no what you are built close to and maybe set up a private lesson with the personal trainer or take classes..if you dont hold a membership riding your bike is great, swimming is cardio and works most muscles including your core (abs) anything that gets your heart pumping start slow and work up your endurance, for abs those corny workout video are actually very helpful, most exercise ball come with a video with exercises you can do and this is a easy one other engage your abs which means slightly flexing them at all times when possible, meditate of it as moving is better than sitting so when your just sitting at work or school or wherever purely flex a little but not the the point where your uncomfortable...hope this help the most helpful thing for me has be keeping the journal i put starting weight and measurements and what i eat and do respectively day so you can understand what works for you and what doesnt because everyones differentRelated Questions...
