how do i loose some shipment on my legs?
ive lost some weight ive went to the gym 3 times a week and i been watching wat i guzzle, but my legs and arms are being stubborn what do i do, ne advice. thanks ;)

All the answers before me be stupid, therefore with my limited experience I will try to answer it. Running is a great track to loose weight all over, but it also helps shed some hefty from your legs. Biking is also a great way to tone your thighs. You might benefit from carying weights when you are walking/jogging. You could also try some bicep curls and lifting small weights. You can lift the weights while you'er watching TV, when you are working out, and even when you are just lounging at the house! Good luck and own fun!
