How do you think I can lose weight? I've tried cutting down my food, but I other fail because I am really hungry. if I eat normally and in recent times exercise alot, will I still lose weight?
Best Answer: Do not cut down on your food - you have to eat. Suggestions? Diet is the solely real way to cut the weight, exercise is lower at best. When I say diet here I mean real food drinking, not some meat and butter diet. Eat lots of pasta and oatmeal cereals, potatoes et cetera, - they do Not cause weight gain, unless you put away them with meat and lots of cheeses. For one meal of the day, own a blender shake of one cup of oatmeal mixed with fruit and 3 tablespoons of sugar ( Nope, sugar when eaten separately from fat does not incentive weight gain and even when it does,it is minimal ).Through the day, drink tea, with sugar and milk if you approaching, as tea is a natural appetite killer, as is pasta and potatoes, among other plant foods. Stay away from processed foods at all costs- chomp through home made, and thus avoid all those fat friendly additives like MSG. Do not try Aspartame, a poison which in truth encourages weight gain.
