Can I drop to this much?

So I want to be a size 16 by School in September. I want to drop 3 sizes- from a 22 to a 16. Is this possible by exercising 30-60 minutes a day and eating around 500 calories or smaller number a day? Also dont suggest diet pills
Best Answer: Well for that size the lowest calorie intake should be 2400 calories. And you can drop say 100 calories every 5 pounds. But even someone in a size 2 wanting to be a nothing would need a 1200 calorie diet, which is the lowest anyone should go when dieting. Your metabolism wont have anything to burn after your exersices so it wont be as angelic when you get off the diet. Its confusing but for your size I do know my mother in regulation said (shes a 22) 2400 was what she had and typically you go down some every 5 pound drop. Good luck!. Actually...I think that you could lose that much but take a different apporach at it. Consider this. During that 30-60 minutes do cardio workouts. Very hard in haste workouts that get all of your body moving and motabolism pumped. Even by making these workouts longer...doing intervals. Like doing fifty jumping jacks, 20 pushups, running a quarter of a mile...and doing it adjectives over again in reps. You could also wear layers and work off weightiness wuick, and you could still have an intake of around 2500 calories instead of 500 because... 60 mins or 3 WHOLE hrs, whateva. your body needs substinance to work. Or else it could really mess it up, so by doing more endurance and complicated workouts remember to drink alot, eat lean chicken, watch the sweets, eat protein, carbohydrates from lasagna and spaggehti up to that time you run or jog. :)

Check out on web sites the correct number of calories needed according to your immensity, height and age.
