And yes, I am. Which is why I am trying to lose weight this summer.
But my mom is not helping at all...she's the person who complains in the order of my weight the most, stressing me about eating and exercising. But when I if truth be told try she can be really hurtful.
Today I was trying to learn a dance routine from YouTube (as I love to caper and sweat the most when I do), and so therefore learning it slowly. She laughed at me and said, "how can you lose any weightiness if you're doing it that sluggish-ly?".
I have talked to her about this but she doesn't appear to be skilled of controlling it herself. Sometimes I want to lose weight even more because of her, but most of the time I want to stop trying because she's making fun of me.
Please help me!!

So take your time learn, waltz is a good cardio workout the involves all the body no matter what style of tap. And the summer is the best time to do it. Dont worry about your mom, youll be the one laughing when your smaller and she was the one other putting you down, think about that as u work out. Prove her wrong.

You have a whole wonderful energy ahead of you, you dont want to go through it overweight just because your mom was unpleasant. Just hold on to at it and you'll succeed.
