how can i lose 7 lbs surrounded by 2wks?
im 5'2" n i weigh 112 but im toned with a lot of muscle because of soccer.i also do 30-35 cardio evryday and my abs once or twice a day.BUT i used to weigh 105 i inevitability to kno how to get down there again.how can i lose fat and muscle?
