What is better.....?
to go five miles on a bike or to go five miles on foot.
Will five miles on a bike give a hand to tone my legs?
I would be walking.
But I am trying to tone my legs so which would be most beneficial in that respect?
Best Answer: It depends on what you are looking to do. Are you training for a foot race? Then obviously running is better. However, it also help to vary your training as after a short while your body gets "used" to a particular exercise so to preserve your body guessing is the best way to continue progress. Biking might be a better choice if you have impossible knees at all, plus either exercise can be difficult or easy depending on the terrain and speed. Good luck
Answer:
foot because your carrying your weight
