Diet and workout? ..?
Can somebody help me with making a workout routine and diet for me?
I want to lose 10-15 pounds the safe process.
I already do Fitness Kickboxing twice a week, so do anybody have any suggestions for what more I can do?

Best Answer: Add a strength training routine 2-3 days per week. It can just be a body weightiness circuit. Push ups, pull ups, situps, crunches, dips, chin ups, lunges, squats. But you could definitely use a strength routine. Diet is simple. 50% of your calories from protein. Once you get to your dream weight/body fat %, switch to 40% protein. Calorie needs weight * 12 + 300(for exercise calories) With 50% of your calories from protein, your body will burn tubby first. If you have a heavier carb diet, then you would need to cut the calories(by 500), but the 50% protein is the better track to go.
