motivation to lose weightiness?
i want to get healthy, but everytime i see food i forget it.
what can i do to prevent this from happening?
Best Answer: When you are reaction healthy buy fruit and veg and make up some fruit salads or cut up some raw veg and hold them in the fridge. That way when you are feeling hungry you own them all ready to eat. I find if i want 'unwanted items food' i will eat an apple or some carrots and tell myself i can hold junk food after, normally i am full up when i have finished the fruit and i don't want the second-hand goods food anymore. It is the same for lunch at work, normally i will eat crisps beside my sandwich or go to the shop and end up buying things i shouldn't eat so instead i will brand name a healthy sandwich and take a banana. I leave my money at home and this is working really economically and i am saving money! Another thing to do is get a picture of how you would close to to look and keep it in view adjectives the time, i have a picture of myself when i was weight i would approaching to be again and look at that for motivation!
