Exercise: Why am I so tired after working out?

After working out, my joints hurt, I feel tired, and craving sugar. is this normal? What can I do to not consistency so tired?
Best Answer: Yes that is very normal after you enjoy been exercising and losing more than 200 calories. I work out a lot everyday and I always crave a gingerale after but I try to control myself. My leg and foot muscles hurt for the day after I have been running and playing basketball so I suggest that is normal. But keep up the exercise and you will get the impression less tired and more fit.

conceivably you over worked out. Or maybe your just tired today. take a sleep and have something to drink. Do you usually work out? if you don't then that could be why. Or it could just be one of those stale days. hope you feel better : )
