Is it nutritious to avoid ingestion so much to the point of one stuffed?
I always stop eating once I'm no longer hungry (satisfied) because I don't like the outlook of being overstuffed - it may be my anxiety of being sick, but feeling full make me feel sick to my stomach.
Does anyone else feel this way? Why or why not?
Best Answer: Thats completely the best way of doing things, stop when you are satisfied - its a very hearty thing to do. I tend to go a little too far, specially beside chocolate. I think it is often different in moral fibre, where a wild animal goes hungry for most of the time and will gap when the opportunity arises. fortunately it is not like that for us.
