How to return with muscles on a budget?
I don't have a lot of money and would like to know some ways to acquire muscles without going to the gym.
Best Answer: if i didn't have weights i would do pushups,squats,and crunches the biggest my arms have ever be is when i was doing lots of pushups. i would do hindu squats and one leg squats and i would do crunches slowly.probably less than 40 and i would only train 2x a week. train and later rest 3days and train again. give my muscles lots of time to rest and grow.
