how much immensity can i lose?

i've been eating 2 light meal, running for 30 minutes, drinking about 4 bottles of water doing 100 crunches and 500 love handle exercises. i plan on doing this every light of day. how much weight can i lose by august 20th (1st day of school) my goal is 20 pounds.
Best Answer: Ok, I can`t bear to break this to you, but performing 100 crunches and 500 love handle exercises will not burn fat and help you loose counterbalance, despite what anyone else might claim. Abdominal exercises and love handle exercises will indeed make your abdominals and oblique’s firmer and stronger, but they will not burn your body fat. Spot decline simply does not work. Abdominal exercises burn sugar, and not fat. The exercise is anaerobic (without oxygen), hence why you get that burn at the end of the exercise as lactic acerbic builds up. To strengthen your abdominals you should aim at dropping the reps down to around 8-10 for strength or 15-25 for endurance and conditioning, aiming for a resistance where you can only carry out these numbers of reps. The best ways to burn fat are through cardiovascular exercises such as running, rowing, biking, swimming, etc, some resistance training, and most importantly through diet. Your diet should consist of a minimum of 3 main meals. That includes breakfast i.e. really important. Better yet, 5-6 smaller meals spaced throughout the daytime will be more beneficial as it will steady out and raise your bodys metabolism. Regardless of how many meals you own, as long as you create a calorie deficit each day - in other words burn sour more calories than your body requires - you will loose weight. One pound of fat is the equivalent of 3,500 calories. If you split this down over the week that’s 500 calories per day you necessitate to be eating less of. Achieve this and you will loose one pound of fat per week. Through a combination of diet and exercise you could expect to loose around 1-2 pounds per week. Hope this help. Good luck! Ben :)
