That is NOT a very healthy goal. Please shoot for 15-20 pounds. I go anorexic once and it still took me 3 months to drop 30 pounds. Healthy is always the best way to go contained by the long run. Exercised daily, 20 minutes on weights, 50 minutes on cardio. I eased into this program and ramped it up over time. I didn't stick next to this program every single day, but did so at least 11 days out of every 14. I lost between 2.5 and 3 pounds a week, and had the consignment gone in just under 4 months. Depends on a lot factors, Height, Weight, Female,Male etc. Possible logically it is,especially if your bigger in size but if your like 130 and 5'5 then i doubt it simply b/c its easier for heavier family to lose then smaller people.
