I own a undersized ankle?? PLEASE ANSWERS!?
I have sprined the same ankle 2 times this month. I did not even do anything. Also I am 13yrs old, 5'5, and 84lbs. Do lately have a weak right ankle? Should I get it checked out? Thank you!
please answer! My ankle is swelling huge!
Best Answer: A sprained ankle will typically take from 2 to 4 months to fully heal back to 100% depending on how severe the sprain be. Right now you should wrap it moderately tight with an elastic cold compress and ice it every couple hours for 20 min or so to reduce swelling. You may also take a twinge reliever like Alieve and keep the ankle elevated. Crutches may be needed if the damage is severe. You should wear shoes which support your ankle anytime you are standing for at most minuscule 4 months. That means a summer without bare foot and sandals. If major swelling continues more than 4 or 5 days you should consult a doctor.
Answer: I would check with the doctor if it keeps hurting so much after a week?
