How can i lose 10 pounds surrounded by a week?
Im 15 and i weigh 110 ehh i have flabby arms and a BIG stomach I want a six pack is there any diets or exercises any tips that I can use to make it come up? thanks:)

Best Answer: don't try to do that all in a week.. That is not safe. Just drink healthy but eat less. Try disappearing half your food on your plate. Leave the table a little hungry. Never stuff yourself. Never starve yourself either. Don't drink junk food and snacks all day.

you cannot lose 10 pounds in a week if u are already really lightweight. maybe 1-2 pounds. After you eat anything, go straight to the bathroom and throw it up. lol jp. Anyway, I was competent to lose 10 pounds in a month, I don't know about a week. But all I did be cut what I was eating in partially. E.g Instead of eating 2 eggs and two sausages and two pieces of toast I just ate one of each. You don't enjoy to cut out on foods u love, like what everyone say, just cut down on the portion. Like chomp through only one slice of pizza and to fill yourself up, eat some fruit and vegetables near it. That way you still can eat stuff u like and cut on calories. Oh and exercise. Zumba is a fun mode and good way to exercise.Will I see results contained by 2.5 months?

Try consumption lots of protein for 2-3 days. Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon tea, Dinner and before bed snack. No more than 100g of protein at any meal and no more than 3 hours between meals. Only protein NOTHING else. LOTS of dampen approx 3 litres per day. I lost 3.5kg in 3 days (not sure how many pounds that is). Also you'll probably catch a bit constipated so take a supplement to stop this from happening. Tins of tuna, Deli cuts of meat (ham/turkey/chicken), fish, steak, low fat sausages, No protein bar.
