I dont want to build muscle!?
I've been running and biking a lot to lose weight, up to 2 hours a year (20 mile bike rides and 5 mile runs)
But my legs are already too muscled i just want to lose weight.
What are some things i could do to just lose solid instead of gaining muscle?
ps I'm 14 5'4" and 125 if that makes a difference
