Which is the better diet?

is the breakfast only diet my best bet, obviously where you single eat a large breakfast and nothing else the rest of the morning or is a low calorie diet better for me? im short 5' only and i would follow a low calorie diet of 1000- 1200 daily with cadio respectively day. or should i eat a large buffet in the morning and nothing else the rest of the day?
Best Answer: No..You will never be capable of stick to that... Try eating small meals every 3 hours..like partially a sandwich and the other half 3 hrs later. You won't get so hungry and it will maintain your metabolism up..1000 calories is too low..you want to burn fat not lose muscle.. Cut out sugary drinks and fatty foods,like chips and fried food. Drink your 2%milk. It will actually back you burn calories. Eat fruit like crazy!! Easy on fruit juice..lots of hidden calories..the valid thing is better. Eat your last meal since 5 or 6 pm..You know you have to move it to lose it? Walk,dance anything just move. You can do this!!
