What are fitting workouts that will build me lose 500 calories or more?

i want to get fit well to my goal by january.. i stipulation to lose 2 pounds a week, help; clueless! i need a plan that is graceful to follow, without having to go to the gym, and something i will soak up. PLEASE HELP. thanks.
