Breakfast: small bowl of plain oatmeal w/ raisins and tsp. smart butter Lunch: salad + 20 almonds Dinner salad + 3oz lean meat or 1/2 cup cottage cheese i take my vitimins + drink water + try to get 45 min. of excersise day by day. i'm very paranoid about gaining counterbalance - i worked soooo hard at losing it the thought of gaining an ounce of it back terrify me.
Best Answer: You should lose weight. That's not too many calories plus you're doing a good amount of exercise, too. Don't verbs too much about gaining weight backbone. Women's weight can fluctuate 4 or more pounds during "that time of the month".
