I am a student and has to study hard. I am fed up near my weight and size. I am a busy person and don't have time to exercise. Is it possible to lose solidity only with dieting? Please tell me almost the diet by which i which i'll able to lose my weight and don't feel lacklustre internally and don't have any side effect.

Spot reduction s not possible unless u do exercise... if u eat smaller amount or do fasting or eat less calories, u r surely going to use up ur overall weight but NOT AT SPOTS.. so better do yoga instead of exercises which would help u to strain less and tender u a perfect shape along wid ur proper diet... just spend half an hr doing it on a daily basis.. im 17 and I lost 20 pounds. I did the most simple thing. I didnt eat late at darkness. I drunk nothing but water or Coca-Cola Zero's and every diet drink with no Calories. I would drink a hamburger though, its about 600 and something calories, but at least I got my calories within for that day and then I would eat something in good health later on in that day. When you turn to the store, DONT buy sweets and things HIGH in calories! Focus mainly on calories! Although I workout 7 days a week now, and still do these same things. You can lose weightiness the same way, without working out. But it is best though! Remember! 3 Days a week at smallest and 30 mins at least. Not bad for real. Just acquire a mp3 player or watch your fav show while working out in a gym for about 30 mins at smallest. Stay hydrated also. Treadmills mostly focus on the thighs, hips,legs ,and everything else. Before you know it you will be toned and beach body ready! Dont give up, and might nouns weird but stand in front of a mirror and look at all the things you dont close to about your body,and also write down things that bother you or that have been said nearly you about your weight. I did this, and it help motivate me through the process of losing freight. DONT GIVE UP!
