Good workout for teens?
I am a freshmen going on sophomore and I have three full months to try and get into shape. I am 5 Ft. 7 in. and I weigh 175 lbs. Most of my mass is body fat. I want to work on abs, biceps, triceps, etc. I have plenty of leg muscle. I just want to look fitting. Anyway suggestions for workouts?
Best Answer: I was in the same exact situation second year. I lost 30 pounds since then and now I weigh 145 and I have a pretty lean and really muscular body. All you own to do is run on the tread mill for like 30 minutes a day at least 4 times a week... This should lose you just about 10 or 15 pounds within a month and a half. But make sure that you lose ALL the grease you want to before you start gaining muscle (once you gain muscle under that cloak of fat its going to be really hard to lose the fat in need also losing the muscle). Also just eat right. Eat no more than 1600 calories per day. After you start to counterbalance lift go to this website: www.scoobysworkshop.com . The guy who runs that site is the best fitness instructor I have see and start off at the beginners work out routine on his website. Oh and the most important thing is to push yourself beyond your edges. If you don't push yourself past your limits you won't get anywhere. You won't lose freight and you definitely will NOT gain muscle. Also count on this taking around 6 months or more. Its just impossible to lose your desired weight and gain muscle surrounded by that little time. Gaining muscle takes a long time but its worth it.
I was in like peas in a pod situation as you
