How can I lose body chubby?

I was wondering whats the easiest way and fastest process to lose body fat??

losing fat can be done hurriedly or it can be done right tbh.Losing a stone or so in a matter of a few weeks is totally possible but very ailing and not recommended.To lose weight realistically one should aim to be losing around 1-2lbs a week which would equal about a stone every 2 months which again will slow next to time.Would really need to know exact figures..bodyweight,bodyfat,etc and also what kind of time go up you are working on but generally speaking by taking in around 1.5g protein per lb bodyweight per day,around 1g carb per lb bodyweight and 30g fleshy in total one can lose fat with a honourable cardio and weight workout regime.I would recomend 20 minutes morning and night on a stationery bike or jogging as all right as lifting weights 4 times per week on a split body routine to make sure that once the weight is lost you do not have the dreaded loose skin that frequent get.With some more info i would be more than willing to help you conquer your goals.Good luckRelated Questions...
