14 year behind the times mannish six pack?

I'm 14 years old and I would like a six pack... I weigh 113 lbs and I am 5 foot 6 surrounded by. What is my BMI and what is the required BMI for a 14 year old male? I already do cross country and I do crunches and hoist. My abs are hard and firm but they don't look like a six pack. I do however, enjoy a line going down the center of the stomach, meaning I presume I'm close to starting. What else can I do and what is the BMI?

What is the lowest substance i can be for my rise?

Sit-ups or Crunches?

Hm, you might still own some baby fat disappeared on your stomach so no matter how hard you work on your abs, adjectives you'll get is a small outline. You have a six pack it newly doesn't stand out like everyone else's. Kinda of annoying, yes... But it will come in time. If your 5' 6" you should weigh between 120-150

BMI FOR 120 AT 5'6" - 19

BMI FOR 150 AT 5'6" -24

Hope this help you out.

to get a good six pack your BMI should be comparatively low and you should do alot of ab workout's. BMI is just about how much of your body is oil.
