I want a latest, empower workout and intake suggestions?

I have always been an helpful person, I was a competitive gymnast for about eight years (now I do club within college) and played water polo for all of high arts school. I am not overweight, but am in constant fear of putting on pounds because both my mom and my sister are overweight. I have be insecure with my body for as long as I can remember. I was chubby as a kid until I stretched out a bit and made a conscious effort to lose 10 pounds when I be eleven years old. I'm very self conscious, I feel similar to gymnastics has left me with an incredibly awkward body shape. My stomach is poochy no event how much I workout. I just feel like I am other frustrated with my weight and body. I get sick of person at the gym all the time and feeling guilty for feeling too full or consumption cookies. I am always around people who eat doesn`t matter what they want and have perfect bodies. It also doesn't help that my mom tell me I have gained weight since college or that my clothes look tight. There is also a factor of me that feels like I SHOULD be able to drink what I want. I am eighteen and in college, I should be able to eat pizza and drink beside friends you know? I guess what I would like is suggestions of empowering and different workouts and eating suggestions. Sorry for the lacking coherence and thanks in advance for any guidance.
Best Answer: It sounds to me like you are in great shape and have a obedient normal weight. I think the problem is your scholarly relationship with food and weight and your own body. If your mom is overweight then she should not be pointing out a tad of solidity on you now and then. I think or suspect that she and your family unit have taught you to be overly stressed about your counterweight. They have probably told you that being overweight is in your genes and stuff resembling that. What I am realy worried about with you is you becoming anorexic or bulemic as you have a distorted photo of your body and your relationship to food. Of course you can eat pizza and drink. Just eat normal amounts and drink alcohol occasionally but not everyday. Family go can sometimes influence a person's self-esteem. Some parents spend more time criticizing their kids and the way they look than praising them. This criticism may reduce a person's ability to develop appropriate self-esteem Knowing what makes you happy and how to meet your goal can help you feel capable, strong, and within control of your life. A positive attitude and a healthy lifestyle (such as exercising and eating right) are a great combination for building correct self-esteem. The first thing to do is recognize that your body is your own, no matter what shape, size, or color it comes contained by. If you're very worried about your weight or size, check near your doctor to verify that things are OK. But it's no one's business but your own what your body is like — ultimately, you have to be happy beside yourself. Next, identify which aspects of your appearance you can realistically change and which you can't. Everyone (even the most perfect-seeming celeb) has things about themselves that they can't renovate and need to accept When you hear negative comments coming from inside yourself, tell yourself to stop. Try building your self-esteem by giving yourself three compliments every day. While you're at it, every evening list three things contained by your day that really gave you pleasure. It can be anything from the way the sun feel on your face, the sound of your favorite band, or the style someone laughed at your jokes. By focusing on the good things you do and the positive aspects of your vivacity, you can change how you feel about yourself. If you can't turn to anyone you know, give the name a teen crisis hotline (check the yellow pages under social services or rummage through online). The most important thing is to get relief if you feel like your body image and self-esteem are affecting your time.
