Lose 10lbs contained by 3 months..?
I'm 23 and would like to lose 10 - 12lbs and get down to about 120lbs for my shoreline holiday in August. Is this possible in 3 months without anyone unhealthy? If I run 3 miles 3x weekly, 6 miles 1x weekly and do resistance training at the gym 3x weekly and eat healthily how will I do? How much should I eat if I do that? I own a sedentary office job.

Their point system is designed to help you lose in the region of .5 to 2 lbs a week, which would put you right where you want to be (or better) by August. drink lots of sea, and eat regularly. don't starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you'll gain everything back, trust me. drink lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it's whole crumb. white bread is pretty fattening. skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies. cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot! and don't forget to exercise! try walking, jog, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day. righteous luck!
