Has anybody used Herbalife for a diet?

I am going to start a new diet trying out herbalife products and i was wondering if anyone out there have ever tried it...If so i want to hear your experience. Tell me if it worked or if it didn't?
Best Answer: Hi, I used Herbalife and I did lose 35 pounds with their wonderful healthy nutrition products. I did use their advanced program, for quicker results. I still use Herbalife and I am a Herbalife Independent Distributor. I did change my ingestion habits. Enjoyed salads and added more lean meats to them, to help me stay fuller longer. Ate more improved, drank more water instead of drinking to much soda. Moderate exercise, like walking. Try to stay active to assist burn off unwanted calories. I highly recommend their healthy shakes, portion control everytime. My favorite flavor is Dutch Chocolate and I use soy milk to cause mine with. Very yummy!
