I heard of everyone talking about the p90x workout or anything.can someone please explain what it is and what you have to do?
Best Answer: It's a workout/nutrition program deigned to get population into seriously great shape in the first 90 days. It combines multiple strength training DVDs, interval training, cardio, yoga/stretching, plyometrics, and abs/core. If you look on the promo channels, you will usually find an infomercial playing every couple of hours somewhere for it. What's great about it, is that is to say has modifications built into all the exercises for people who are not contained by that good of shape and need to start slowly.
